The HF24B-NLA hinged frame (HM series) enables 6-module integration within Han® 24B housings, accommodating 4-10mm² (AWG12-8) power and 1-2.5mm² (AWG18-14) signal lines. Engineered with die-cast zinc alloy, it delivers stability across -40℃–125℃ and 500+ mating cycles.

Prepare the HM-Series Hinged Frame and module
Loosen left/right screws on the die-cast zinc alloy frame to release the hinge mechanism.
Insert Modules
Align module side protrusions with frame guide slots—slide modules into place until fully seated.
Mount the assembled frame into Han 6B hoods/housings for enclosed applications.
